It has been a very short half term, but it sure has been busy! I want to start by saying a massive well done to all of our Year 6’s who sat their SATs last week. 4 days, 6 papers and each and every one of the children showed resilience, perseverance and dedication. We are so proud of them all – well done!

As I pause to reflect on my journey within Synergy Multi-Academy Trust, I am overwhelmed with
gratitude and pride. My first headship began in April 2022 at Antingham & Southrepps Primary
School—an experience that challenged, shaped, and inspired me in ways I could never have imagined
and by September, I had the privilege of leading our federation of three incredible schools.

Synergy Multi-Academy Trust
Synergy Multi-Academy Trust comprises fifteen Norfolk schools serving children between the ages of 2 and 18. Our schools work collaboratively together to raise standards and provide education of the highest possible standard, offering the best of opportunities for pupils. The Trust was initially established in 2015. We believe that all of our schools have strengths and areas to develop, and that all can improve through sharing expertise and wisdom. The Trust understands that there will be excellent practice in each school, and that every school will be able to contribute to the development of the Trust as a whole.
